Individual Therapy
I work with individuals in a collaborative manner offering trauma-informed support in their healing journey. I see individuals including, but not limited to, those experiencing trauma, grief, relationship challenges, life transitions, anxiety, depression, C-PTSD, ADHD, Autism, emotional dysregulation, OCD, parenting, and those on their postpartum journey.
Couples Therapy
I work with couples from various backgrounds offering a non-judgemental space to explore challenges with communication, intimacy, trust, values, premarital counselling, infidelity, and adjustment to life transitions.
EMDR Therapy
I provide therapy to individuals experiencing PTSD, C-PTSD, Sexual trauma, and other traumatic experiences to support their wellbeing and emotional health through the use of Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing therapy.
ADHD Coaching
ADHD coaching – I offer coaching support to individuals with ADHD to support the development of executive functioning skills and empower individuals to achieve their goals.
Child/Teen Therapy
My work with children virtually involves utilizing principles of play therapy to support and build their sense of self that can help them find ways to cope with symptoms related; but not limited to, to anxiety, depression, OCD, sleep disturbances, ADHD, ASD, anger management, trauma.
